Professional Experience

Oksana has practical experience in business development, manufacturing, product development, branding and commercialization, including work within the textile sector. She has supported businesses from concept and product development through positioning and market introduction.

She is particularly skilled in working directly with business owners and industry representatives—understanding their requirements, coaching and coordinating them, and helping channel their capabilities toward suitable international markets and strategic opportunities.

International & Mission Coordination

As part of Canada Global Advisors, Oksana supports international projects and business missions across Central and Eastern Europe, with particular involvement in Ukrainian industries and enterprises seeking access to international markets.

Her role includes client coordination, project follow-up, business introductions and facilitating communication between companies, institutions, partners and the wider CGA international network.

Education & Languages

Oksana holds a Master’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Protection and Technologies.

She speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English and has an understanding of Polish. Her international exposure, cultural adaptability and strong interpersonal skills enable her to work effectively with clients and partners from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
